Prestigious Palace
Overview
The Ricciardelli palace, now Ruffi – Briolini, is a historic building located in the fabulous setting of the historic center, closer to the famous Cinema Fulgor and the Tiberius Bridge, and is certainly one of the most important buildings in the history of Rimini. The palace, dating back to the 15th century, was initially a sumptuous Renaissance residence, with a grandiose courtyard with a double order of arches on columns of which, despite the bombings of the Second World War, it maintains both internally and externally something of the ancient physiognomy.
The entire building has recently been completely restored and, thanks to a skilful conservative restoration, has managed to maintain the splendor and beauty of the past.
Now home to the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna-Rimini, it has over 3800 square meters on 4 levels, as well as an internal courtyard and parking area, for a total of over 4000 commercial square meters.
